What to Expect on the Day

The Parade Lap runs from 4:00pm to approximately 5:30pm. Here's how the afternoon unfolds:

4:00pm — Drivers Briefing All participants meet at the Subaru Zone for a mandatory briefing before the procession begins. Don't skip this — you won't be permitted onto the circuit without attending.

4:15pm — Vehicles Line Up Sponsor and display vehicles form up at Auto Avenue, ready to lead the procession onto the circuit.

4:30pm — Wheels Rolling The lap begins. All vehicles enter through the dummy grid gate in procession order. Supersprint competitors join via pit lane. The order on circuit is:

• Pro Speed Racing cars
• Subaru Museum cars
• Sponsor display cars
• Supersprint competitor cars
• Shootout cars
• Show & Shine cars
• Roll Racing cars

~5:00pm — The Main Straight Lineup Every car pulls onto the main straight, five across. Engines off, windows down — professional drone photographers capture the shot from above. This is the photo. Be in it!

Before You Arrive — What You Need to Sort

A couple of things to take care of before you roll through the gate:

Sign your disclaimer. Motorsport competitors will already have this covered. Everyone else needs to sign a disclaimer form from the SubiNats info stand and exchange it for a wristband before entering the circuit.

Bringing a passenger? They need to be 12 or older, sign their passenger disclaimer at the info stand (or signed by a parent/guardian), and be wearing a wristband before they get in the car.

Rules on Circuit

This is a controlled environment on an active motorsport facility. The rules are straightforward and non-negotiable:

• 60km/h speed limit throughout
• Stay in your vehicle at all times — including during the photo
• No mobile phone use while driving
• Follow all marshal and official directions immediately
• Normal road rules apply

Professional photos will be available after the event — put the phone down and enjoy being in the moment.
